During a therapy

The session begins with you laying on your stomach on the massage table. It is very important that you feel comfortable and are able to relax as much as possible. Do not talk during the procedure. Your phone is OFF.  No music. No flavors, incenses or fragrances. The aim is to calm the mind, to allow the body to work as efficiently as possible.

We with soft and gentle movements on the back. Movements are split in several series. Each series are followed by mandatory breaks of 2-3 minutes. These breaks are needed by the body to process the motion information before proceeding to the next. When the back is completed we continue with the front side of the body. The best is that you are with closed eyes and to exclude visual perception and the mind to be in maximum rest.

There are different types of treatments for various problems. Before the first therapy an interview is performed with the therapist to understand better your state and the complaints that you have in order to assess which procedures to apply.

The therapy is suitable even for perfectly healthy people helping them to achieve harmony and balance at all levels. Usually a session lasts between 30-40 minutes, sometimes an hour.
